In-Home Care for Elders

Your elderly loved one’s needs are our priority. All of our services begin with an assessment, which includes an in-person meeting, travel time to/from the meeting, and a follow-up report of recommendations. We assess Activities of Daily Living: Bathing, Dressing, Transferring, Ambulation, and Feeding. We also include a functional evaluation of balance and gait. We carry out an in-depth review of your loved one's living environment and safety concerns. We determine financial resources, review legal documents that every senior needs as well as explore family and friend support systems. We partner with local companies to provide recommended resources. Based on the comprehensive needs assessment, we make recommendations for ways we can support you with our ongoing services.
